I honestly took this class just because it seemed like an easy way to get 2 GenEds and a free A+ but this was honestly one of my favorite classes. I thought that I would have learned nothing after taking this class, but I learned a lot about myself and Dr. Franco gave a lot of great real-world advice when it comes to making/maintaining friendships. Also, because the class size is limited to 20, it is so much easier to connect with other people in class (I've made a couple friends myself from the class). In the end it was a free A+ but I highly recommend taking this class simply because of Dr. Franco. 11/10 would take again. |

Dr. Franco is definitely the most passionate professor about her class. The class activities are related directly to the content and are very enjoyable. Dr. Franco really cares about all of her students and I would recommend this class to anyone and I would definitely take her class again! |

Dr.Franco is super passionate about what she teaches and this class is super engaging with lots of discussions!! She is very understanding of student needs and is always eager to learn about our perspectives. I have learned so much about friendship and gained a lot of valuable communication skills through this class. Her book is fantastic and we learned so many valuable, real-life applicable tips on friendships and relationships as a whole. There aren't too many assignments in this class (a few reflection worksheets and a final presentation). A large part of this class is connecting and bonding with classmates through activities we create in groups, and gaining 20 new, amazing friends was the most rewarding part of this class! I HIGHLY recommend this class if you are in University Honors!! |

Dr.Franco is super passionate about what she teaches! Honestly, I took her “How to Make Friends” class for the easy A, but ended up taking away so much from the class that I was able to apply to my life to become a better person. |
