This model presents unique challenges for individuals and organizations, where some employees work in the office while others work remotely. As a result, organizational leadership needs to adapt to this agile environment and develop new skills to effectively manage remote, hybrid, and virtual teams. The course also addresses the impact of globalization on team communication, emphasizing the importance of management control, trust, and interpersonal connections in this context.
