Prerequisite: JOUR152; and JOUR201; and must have completed or be concurrently enrolled in JOUR262 or JOUR370. Or permission of JOUR-Philip Merrill College of Journalism. Restriction: Must be in a major in JOUR-Philip Merrill College of Journalism. Jointly offered with JOUR652. Credit only granted for: JOUR352 or JOUR652. Conceptualize, wireframe, design and build responsive Web pages using HTML, style sheets and other coding tools; work with open source interactive tools, JavaScript libraries, multimedia and text to create charts, timelines, maps and other forms of nonfiction storytelling.
