I love Dr. Liberto, and KNES200 was incredibly easy. Each week you will be given a bunch of videos regarding the topic you will learn about that week. Each week you cover one of the 7 core classes in kinesiology and will do a usually fun in-class activity about the content and will take a "quiz" each week about what you learned. I used quotes there because it is not really a quiz, it is 2-3 written responses about the content and a lot of the time some questions will ask for your opinion, so it is incredibly easy. Even if it asks a content related question, you have unlimited time on the quizzes so you can go back and watch the videos if you want to. On top of that, you get an entire week to take the quiz after that class which is very nice. You also have to do 5 article submissions, in which you find an article regarding the topics you learned the last two weeks, and write a short paper about. It is super easy, however if it is not a primary source, original resource article that you chose, you will get a zero. So just be careful you are choosing the right thing. My only gripe with this class is the weekly videos you have to watch about what you learn that week are often 30-40 minutes long, and there can be 3-4 of them, so it can take a lot of time. If you put it on 2x speed while walking or eating, it's not that bad, however I just found that annoying. The final project for my class was an Instagram channel that you and a group of 7ish others create to "recruit" oncoming kinesiology terps (basically just explaining the classes and stuff, life of a kinesiology terp, etc.). This was not as bad as I thought it would be, as with 8 people in the group the work is divided enough so you can really complete your part in 2-3 days. Overall, I thought Dr. Liberto was great, the TAs were great, and it made me excited for some of the core classes coming up. Obviously if you are in knes, you have to take this class but either way I'd recommend it even if you didn't. |

Super easy class, with really informative and helpful information for when you take the Knes core classes! Andrea is a great professor, I really enjoyed this class! Often times has busy work but it is manageable. |

I loved this class! It is not trying to be difficult at all, it is a fun, hands-on class, that focuses on material teaching about classes you will take in the future as a KNES major as well as career paths. Prof. Liberto is a great teacher and its pretty easy to have an A. |

Very fun and easy class. Since it is blended you only meet once a week and the quizzes are a free 100% since they are open-ended questions based on the lectures both online and in-person. The article submission assignments are very easy as you only have to give a brief summary for each article. There are also very fun in class physical activities where extra credit during the activities. The final group project does not take much effort and time as long as your group members are not lazy. |

This class is pretty simple, you're supposed to watch lectures every week since it is a blended class. Sometimes the lectures added up to hours and hours of material but I genuinely did not watch a single video and I am not sure if anyone did. There is one quiz each week that has 2 open ended questions with no time limit so you can very easily just watch the parts of the lectures that are needed for the quiz on the spot. There are also 5 article submission assignments throughout the semester where you need to find an article pertaining to what we learned about that week, pretty simple if you understand citations, I got a 20/20 on every single one. Each week she will wither guide the class through activities that relate to the material covered in lecture but most of the time were fun physical activities (scavenger hunt around campus, doing exercises and measuring our heart rate before and after, playing cup pong, etc). This class is an easy A if you put in a simple amount of effort and do what she asks. |

This class was really fun and easy. The class is hybrid so you do the lecture, quiz, and article annotation (every other week) on your own and are required to come to class once a week and the in-class activities which are super engaging and worth attending class for. Andrea is such a straightforward professor and her TAs and UTA were super insightful. You can tell that they truly want to support and help you succeed in the kinesiology major. There is truly only 1 major assignment in the class which is the final project. She gives you more than enough time to complete it, just pick your group and your topic wisely. I learned so much about my major and hearing about which professors and classes are good to take was super helpful for scheduling purposes. |

Straightforward intro class. As long as you come to class you should get a good grade. |

KNES200 with Dr. Liberto was great. We learned A LOT about the different knes core classes. There were weekly quizzes that were really easy written assignments and then we had to find articles about sports and how they used topics from the different knes core classes. Professors from these classes would come into class or make videos for us to watch. The final project is sorta time consuming so start it early |

Dr. Liberto is a great professor. For KNES200, you will be learning the basics to each core class for KNES and about Kinesiology itself. This class is pretty straightforward with weekly quizzes (just writing), KNES article assignments, and class participation. You will have a final project at the end which is just a presentation of what you learned the entire year in whatever form you want (video, pamphlet, etc.). Dr. Liberto makes this class interactive and will answer any questions you have. She will also bring in guest lecturers (other KNES professors) to teach about their class. This class is an easy A as long as you show up to class and read the slides. Make sure to follow the rubric and TA's comments because you can easily miss some points on the KNES article assignments. |
