This class was a lot of fun. It's only offered during the winter semester but it was such great exercise and I learned a lot about hydration, cycling, and I'm going to take more cycling classes during the semester because of it. There were 3 assignments and a final exam but they were graded easily. I totally recommend this class and any classes taught by Andrea.

KNES200 with Dr. Liberto was great. We learned A LOT about the different knes core classes. There were weekly quizzes that were really easy written assignments and then we had to find articles about sports and how they used topics from the different knes core classes. Professors from these classes would come into class or make videos for us to watch. The final project is sorta time consuming so start it early

fitness walking is super easy. do the extra credit assignment because those walks also count for the weekly walks and will cushion your midterm and final grades. I ended with a 103.4% bc of the extra credit. The weekly quizzes are simple and make up most of the midterm and final exams.

Dr. Liberto is a great professor. For KNES200, you will be learning the basics to each core class for KNES and about Kinesiology itself. This class is pretty straightforward with weekly quizzes (just writing), KNES article assignments, and class participation. You will have a final project at the end which is just a presentation of what you learned the entire year in whatever form you want (video, pamphlet, etc.). Dr. Liberto makes this class interactive and will answer any questions you have. She will also bring in guest lecturers (other KNES professors) to teach about their class. This class is an easy A as long as you show up to class and read the slides. Make sure to follow the rubric and TA's comments because you can easily miss some points on the KNES article assignments.
