Topical Investigations; Childrens Development Clinic
Students will be required to complete fingerprinting and background checks (at no cost to the students). A service-learning experience at the Children's Developmental Clinic in the SPH (School of Public Health) building each Saturday morning (8:30-12:30). It is designed to give students a one-on-one, hands-on experience in working with a child who has special educational needs in the areas of motor development, language, reading, and social skills. There are two training sessions and nine sessions with the children.
