Karen McLaren MATH214 Expecting an A Anonymous 07/10/2025	This was my second semester with Professor McLaren and I have to admit that I'm going to miss her. She's genuinely such a sweet woman that cares about the success of her students. If you took STAT100, you can easily pass this class. You mainly focus on probability with a bit of algebra toward the end of the semester. One class a week is virtual which is a nice break. Definitely use the Desmos activities as a way to study because there tends to be more information on them that can be used to create your exam cheat sheet. There are also a few group projects this semester, yes there are math projects, but they're extremely easy can be knocked out in a day. Highly recommend this class with her.
