Edward Ott PHYS715 Expecting an A Anonymous 06/25/2022	I concur with the previous reviews. Prof. Ott's book on chaos is exceptionally good for self-learning, which, unfortunately, makes his course redundant. He focuses too little on modern stuff like quantum chaos, thermalization, random matrices, networks, chimera, machine learning etc, which could have drawn students from different research interests to his course and put the course material in the context of modern research directions. But nice course overall, good guy, medium prof.
