Special Topics in Intermediate Performing Arts; Move with Your Major

Where is the movement inside your research? Movement and choreographic principles are not just for the theater or dance classroom. These principles are pedagogical tools that can provide critical and innovative interventions to any research project or discipline. This will be an individualized project based course that applies movement and choreographic principles as vital design learning tools. Throughout the sessions, students will study, enact, develop, and apply select tools to an existing or proposed project within their major All majors and research disciplines are welcome. Please note, this is a theory course, not a movement course. Skeptics are encouraged to join!
