Prerequisite: TLPL361. Corequisite: TLPL312, EDCI362, EDCI342, and TLPL362. Restriction: Must be in Elementary Education program; and minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75. Or permission of EDUC-Teaching and Learning, Policy and Leadership department. Credit only granted for: EDCI372 or TLPL321. Formerly: EDCI372. Objectives, methods, materials and activities for teaching science in the elementary school; emphasis on teaching strategies which help children learn the processes and concepts of science. Includes laboratory/field experiences.
