I highly recommend Prof. Ahmad's COMM107 course, which significantly enhanced my confidence and presentation skills. His constructive feedback was very helpful for improvement. The course was very organized - with lectures slides one can easily prepare the quizzes. Prof. Ahmad is very responsive, quickly responding emails and inquiries. His flexible teaching style and flexible grading is amazing. |

Had him for COMM107 in the winter semester. Extremely lenient on assignment submissions (no late deduction) and provides great feedback/comments on all assignments. You will get an A if you submit all assignments, especially the video presentations. An easy A for a virtual winter class. |

This semester, Prof. Taufiq has been one of my favorite professors, he is truly supportive. His lectures are engaging and class activities are interesting. His course is well-designed, all the lecture slides are available on ELMS, and class lectures can prepare you for quizzes. He wants to see his students successful. He’s very understanding and flexible, always ready to help and easy grader too. He is quick in email responses. I’ve polished my public speaking in this course, and recommend his class. |

Extremely unstructured course, rubrics and requirements are extremely vague, horrible communication with students about due dates/ general events happening in the course. Extremely condescending towards you even if the mistake was because the professor failed to properly inform us about the assignment. On top of that he has a heavy accent and is terrible about fully explaining topics. Despite this he grades extremely harshly and you will lose points for things he has never mentioned. The class isn’t even difficult it is just so unnecessarily annoying and tedious for what it is. Taking this course should be last resort, half the class switched out after the first day of classes. |
