Worst Professor I have had in all of college. Half the class failed the midterm, and the average for all 6 homework's was a 70% flat. Entering the final, the average grade for everyone was a 64%, failing. She dose not teach, rather just talks for an hour and fifteen minutes, brushing through the material like you should already know the material. I expect to pass because the curve had to be so large (A 70% is an A for this class). She dose not hold office hours, and plays favorites to students. The one good thing was that she does not fail anyone, but most students will end up with a C. Used excel a bit for homework projects which is nice to brush up on some skills, however, the core content of the class is very challenging, as no one got an A on the midterm. I'd avoid |

Just not a good professor. Her content is not organized in a logical/cohesive way, and she doesn't explain concepts well. She also spends a lot of time on complicated and confusing derivations, and only vaguely explains what you need to get from them. The midterm was very difficult because she didn't prepare us well. On the bright side, she curves the class. |

Do not take any courses with this professor. She very obviously picks favorites and if you are not a favorite, you will know. I was appalled when I emailed her asking a question about a homework assignment and she responded with "seriously?". If a professor feels the need to say "seriously" in response to a question, that is a problem. Do not take her classes unless you want to feel stupid and dumb by your professor whose job it is for you to understand the material. |

Her class is easy, but she continues to use outdated data for many years. She does not have office hours, and it is extremely hard to make an appointment with her. She is too busy to help her students. |

TERRIBLE professor! She uses outdated data for nearly ten years and some of the command even cannot find on the excel 2007. The world is changing however she keeps her assignment sheets as they were ten years ago. She does not have office hours and she is extremely unaccessible. When you make an appointment with her to discuss the homework, she can let you wait outside her office for nearly one hour, and then she rushed out of her office and leave a work to you--I have to go, I have class! This makes you really disappointed. She values her time, but she never value your time. She also doesn't respect her students. She is too busy to help her students. |

Great professor! Very easy class if you keep up and ask her for help. Highly recommend the class especially if you're an AREC major. |

She is TERRIBLE!!!!!Her class is super easy. While making you confidence on getting an A in this class, she is capable of CURVING DOWN your grade. Unbelievable! |

This is an interesting class, even if you're not an AREC major. You'll learn about the functions of Excel to answer different questions about economics and agriculture. Dr. Alberini is very nice and very helpful. Don't be afraid to ask for help because she is approachable and wants her students to succeed. |
