Siqiao Ao Expecting an A+ Anonymous 12/08/2023	Austin is the best teacher I've had at UMD. He has an impressive film production background and is honestly overqualified to teach the class. He's one of the most understanding and accommodating teachers I've had. Genuinely cares about his students and takes the time to leave constructive feedback. I’m shocked I enjoyed an 8am COMM class as much as I did.
Siqiao Ao COMM107 Expecting an A Anonymous 03/08/2023	Austin is a good teacher. He is a PhD student, so he would sometimes joke around with us if someone calls him "Professor." He is pretty funny and is very understanding if people don't show up to class. He is also a very fair grader, and he keeps the class engaged with some of his work and experience as a film maker. Please take COMM107 with him. He's great!
Siqiao Ao COMM107 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 12/07/2022	Honestly, one of the greatest teachers I've had so far. Very understanding of how busy students can be, and always tries to make adjustments so that we are not that affected by the assignments from this course. Grades the presentation and other assignments VERY fair. Austin is the goat.
Siqiao Ao COMM107 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 11/21/2022	Austin is by far one of the most caring teachers I have ever had. He wants his students to succeed and offers great encouragement. He's funny and makes a typically boring class entertaining through his own experiences and stories. He embodies what a communications professor should be. Rather than a simple delivery of the content, he infuses the content with his own experience as a film-maker and illustrates the applications of the theoretical concepts discussed.
