Marieh Arnett EDHD306 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 12/05/2025	I cannot express how much I love Marieh. She is literally amazing and like my friend. If you need this as a gen-ed, take it!!! She is such a thoughtful person and goes out of her way to make sure she fully answers questions and that the students understand the material. There are a lot of things discussed in the lecture, but the final exam (which is the only actual test) allowed for 4 full pages of notes front to back. There were weekly quizzes, but they were very straightforward. Attendance is not mandatory, but you get extra credit if you go! She also offered extra credit for creating a small art project relating to the course, as well as extra credit for doing well on her Kahoots. She is also one of the most flexible professors I've had for office hour availability. Very fun class, very amazing teacher.

She is a very kind person, responds to emails and grades incredibly quickly. There are four papers, quizzes every week, one presentation, and discussion posts after every class. Honestly, it is not that much and very easy if you put in a little bit of effort. She is very good at explaining concepts and answers every question you may have. She makes herself very available if you need any help or have questions. Class also usually ends earlier!
Marieh Arnett EDHD306 Expecting an A Anonymous 05/12/2025	Amazing professor. Very knowledgeable and cool. She's extremely funny and makes class super entertaining. Most classes run short because she talks pretty fast, so we always got out early. Also, this woman is a saint for how quickly she replies to emails and grades assignments. Most adept and efficient professor I have ever had. She's very kind and understanding as well, and she's good at explaining confusing topics. Definitely take her if you can!
