What an incredible GA. I wasn't sure if I'd selected the right honors program for me until Nisa taught me about how inspiring and exciting the humanities (especially the cultural studies) field truly is! I'm so thankful that I got to experience her thoughtful lectures, lessons, and mentorship. I found her portion of the class to stand out in terms of creativity and engagement. This is an amazing instructor who will stress growth over grades while challenging you to think critically about complex issues within society at large. Generous, kind, and always available to chat or help students grow academically, personally, and professionally. This GA is actually passionate about what she does and she wants to pass on that passion to her students. She changed my life and my college journey- I can't recommend her enough. |

Takes a little bit longer than other TAs with grading but very nice and tries to expose students to a variety of new concepts. Expect discussion to consistently run over by a few minutes. |
