Very smug in his teaching and TA style, he's knowledgeable but not humble and will grade you unfairly if he feels his feelings are hurt. Very slow at responding to emails as well and extremely unforgiving when it comes to requests. |

MLAW150 Expecting an A Anonymous 05/11/2023 |
Evan is honestly a great guy who really knows his stuff. Although the discussion sessions I attended were pretty dry, he does a great job at livening them up with some humor and life stories about what we discuss. For MLAW150, there are only 3 response papers we have to complete, and he grades half of them, while Dr. Gray does the other half. Evan's grading is more on the tough side for MLAW150 compared to his grading for CPJT100 and CPJT101 (He's one of the graduate TAs for Justice and Legal Thought). Just make sure your written assignments look good in terms of following directions and prompts, and you should be fine. |
