She's a great and super nice prof, whose grading vary fair I have definitely expected lower grades than I ended up receiving, and is always extremely positive and willing to explain and interact with her students. I have been having a great time in her class so far even though by nature it is probably not the most exciting since it's a requirement. All in all a super kind teacher that I would take another class with again. |

She honestly cares about her students' success and it shows. The reason she makes everyone attend class, not turn in late work, and take notes on paper is because she honestly believes it will help her students. Overall, she's super kind and understanding. For example, she will give examples until something makes sense in class, will meet with students whenever they need, and gives the best exam review I've been to. Her exams are super straightforward, so if you attend the exam review, you're going to do really well on the exam. She's also a good grader and doesn't take points off unless she has to. If you're okay with going to class, writing notes on paper, and turning work in on time, you're gonna love her because she's so nice. |

Professor Bae is wonderful! She is so caring and explains things very well. Before every exam she tells you exactly what you need to know. Some people may not like her because she takes attendance and requires hand written notes. However, her class was easy, engaging, and fun. I actually feel like I left having learned a lot of interesting content. |

Do not take her. Shouldn't be getting a B in communications. Look at her grade distribution, more people are getting A's in Orgo than this class with her. Her grading is SO subjective, grades way too harsh and only allows like 2 note cards per speech when other professors are allowing more. She takes a very long time to grade. Also her comments are unnecessary and doens't explain anything in the comments. She is nice and kind but just teaches like it's a science. This is communications, not Organic Chemistry. |

As a teacher, she's great, she's funny, and she makes it so that it is nearly impossible to fail her class. As a person, she is a stickler for minor things. One interaction I had with her was shocking. She is blunt and wants things her way. Don't leave class early, don't leave in the middle of class for too long, don't use your computer for notes, etc. It's a bit old school and hard to keep up. Would I retake her? Only if I had to. Remember, there are scantron tests twice throughout this class; it is up to you if you study the content. If you don't, you will fail. You can only take hand-written notes and be prepared to make it to every class because she takes attendance and has in-class activities every day. That is a part of college, and it wasn't my issue with her. |

This professor is incredibly strict. she is strict with attendance and also strict with grading. I’ve noticed she plays favoritism in the class. she is also incredibly rude and not understanding towards students. if you want an easy comm class, she is not the professor to take. she takes this gen ed way too seriously and grades us like it’s an upper comm class. she also always refused to give us rubrics for our projects so we couldn’t do the project the way she wanted. she is not a good professor and i do not recommend her for this class. |

Pretty boring and dry, very strict on attendance which hurts with flexibility if you have other events, nothing too spectacular |

This class has potential and if I took it with anyone else I'm sure I would have liked it more. She is not a friendly person and is so strict on attendance, if you miss one class and don't have a doctors note you lose so many points. She is so strict which makes the class incredibly boring. Daily in class assignments which are just busy work, the final project is probably the most enjoyable part of the class but make sure you have a good group. |
