I've never said this about a professor, but I he's too chill. If you want a very easy A, then take him. If you want to really learn Spanish, this might not be the class for you. He talks too much in English, which doesn't really immerse us in the Spanish necessary to learn. He's extremely kind, very laid back, and doesn't care about late assignments. But he also won't correct you if you egregiously mispronounce words. That being said, I will be looking for other professors next semester to take Spanish with, as I don't feel like I learned too much during class. |

Very solid professor. Does what he can to make the class as easy as possible for students, but also makes his classes pretty entertaining. |

He makes the class very engaging and fun, and you can tell he really does want the best for his students! The course is structured such that you have to complete online assignments on material that you learn after it's due, but honestly that sets class discussions up well and further reinforces individual learning. He's very understandable and takes feedback seriously. I would 10/10 recommend him and I'm literally trying to rearrange my schedule next semester so I can take him for the next SPAN course :)) |
