Max is a great professor and super chill! They created a super safe classroom environment and fostered many insightful discussions on transitioning to college. They made a lot of interactive creative activities to foster bonding, such as comic making and expressing our emotions through art (none of these activities were for a grade). As someone who wasn't super confident in art, Max made me feel supported and helped me expand my horizons at UMD. I consider myself super lucky to have had Max as my HNUH100 professor! |
