ARHU158I Expecting an A+ Anonymous 12/10/2025 |
Dr. Robin is so very chill and understanding. One of those professors that genuinely cares about you and your success. How to Panic Productively with her was very fascinating, even though some of the readings were a lot especially given that they discussed heavier topics but discussing them in class was entertaining. She asks your thoughts and opinions and welcomes them openly; even if you don't really like what you read (which I expressed a couple times). As long as you know enough to talk about the material, class is fun especially the more people contribute and add their opinions. There are three big assignments for this class: a Descriptive Analysis, an Annotated Bibliography, and a Final Project. For the first two assignments, you can pick any piece of rhetoric: songs, movies, poems, etc. The Final Project is genuinely anything you want really, you just have to ask her about it, and she'll give you specific guidelines. She really aims to make the class as easy as she can while still making you think. I could not recommend taking a class with Dr. Robin enough. |

COMM107 Expecting an A+ lberg111 12/01/2025 |
Dr. Bedenbaugh is the nicest professor I've had so far! She is such a compassionate, empathetic person, and that is clearly reflected in how she treats her students. COMM107 is extremely easy with her as long as you demonstrate clear effort in your assignments and follow the rubric. She also appreciates participation in class, which is easy to do since she is a very bubbly person to talk to. By taking these into consideration, you shouldn't have a problem performing well in her class! I would 1000% take another class with Dr. Bedenbaugh and can't recommend her enough for students looking to take COMM107. |
