Boules is a great professor. She seemed to have employed a different style of teaching in the sustainability class I took. We had a lot of discussion boards and quizzes every week. We also had a midterm, and she went over most of the questions in class relevant to the midterm in class shortly before we took it. We had a final project. Overall, the work was a bit much but really, quite simple and very easy to pass. She also provided few extra credit opportunities and was quite accommodating. Would definitely recommend her! |

She seems to be a nice professor, but her teaching style is not helpful. She reads directly off the slides and does not provide any extra information then what is on the slides. Personally, I believe that the only people who learn in this class are the ones who already have a background in environmental studies. For the midterm, we will be given only short and long essay questions, but there is no telling what the questions will be on because she goes through a plethora of topics, so it is very hard to know what to study. |

She is a really amazing professor! She is so sweet and has a very positive energy in class. Her assignments are not too challenging and teach you a lot about climate change. She is very accommodating and understanding about things like extensions and whatnot. I did not get the best grade in her class, but if you put in the work you'll probably end up at a high B or an A. She also loves to show her cats to the class! |
