Super fun class. Grade was 7% Participation, 13% E-Activities, 8% Quizzes, 8% Essay, 16% Observation Essay, 8% Presentation, 20% Midterm and 20% Final. For the Essays Dr. Edmonds was super willing to go over your draft essays with you, which if you take this class with her, make sure you take advantage of, it felt like not many did (I didn't either for the first essay), but if you apply her feedback you can get 100 on all of the essays which makes the class a lot easier. The exams were open note. She seemed like she really enjoyed the subject which as someone who had never taken a human development class made it rub off on me and made it a lot more fun. I would take the class if you get the chance to |

Interesting class, very psychology-based. There were only 2 exams which were open note and fairly easy. There is also 1 paper, which was fun to write. Her lectures are interesting, but she grades harshly for attendance and participation. There are weekly quizzes and E-activity's which she grades pretty harshly as well. She gives extremely lengthy and thoughtful feedback on every written assignment, and you can tell she is really passionate about the class. |

I have taken multiple classes with Professor Edmonds and she is always great. She is an interesting lecturer and the assignments are not too hard. The one thing that might annoy some people is that she does take attendance on a paper you have to sign. |
