I love this woman, she's the best professor I have ever had at this school, I can't believe people have such negative things to say about her. She makes the material as interesting as it could possibly be. It's not easy, but who ever said it should be??? There's a reason not everyone walks around with a JD people... It's a little intimidating because its sole based on exam grades, every question wrong is a percent off your grade. Thats not her choice as far as I know, its just the curriculum. She has no problem answering questions, she shares her study tactics (that actually work!), and if you go to her office hours, she is SO helpful! You can't miss class, but I never found myself dreading going. She's not teaching anymore after this semester I believe, so this may be a moot point in rating her, but she's amazing! Great professor, interesting class. |

Professor Gershberg has a nice personality and generally made the class enjoyable. Her teaching style stresses verbal lecturing as opposed to reading from a slide deck, so you really have to listen and grab ahold of every word she says. Overall, she presents the material in an interesting and thought-provoking manner. However, I have to add that grading is a bit harsh in this class, with practically the entirety of your grade dependent on 3 exams. The course literally encompasses 3 exams and 2 easy, lightly-weighted assignments. On paper this sounds nice (basically no HW), but this means you virtually need to get an A on every exam to get an A for the course. If you have a bad exam, you're likely out of luck. |

I loved this class!! The professor made this super interesting and as a difficult course, this was really refreshing. She really cares about her students and the material is not too much to handle as long as you go to class and take good notes. Best class I have taken in college and my favorite professor! |

Garbage professor. Had to study so much through the dense material and she was completely uninteresting in the way she 'taught' the material. Doesn't really care about making exams accessible for everyone, just makes the exams as convoluted as possible and ultimately unless you have a ton of time to devote to the class you're probably not going to enjoy it. I feel like she genuinely believes her students are only taking her class. Avoid if you can. this class already sucks, don't bother tkaing it with her as she'll make the experience worse |

Not my type of professor. Her teaching was decent, but her exam questions were too wordy and not as straight-forward as her lectures or reviews. |

She is amazing! I learned a lot from this course. This course has a bad rep to begin with, but it's not bad at all. She makes the concepts easy to understand. I definitely recommend her for business law. |

Stickler on participation and uses bias when grading it. Some students can literally sit in class fucking around online and get an A while others can pay attention, never come late, take hand written notes and get below average. Kind of not fair and way too arbitrary. And as if her tests werent long and wordy enough, she DOUBLED the amount of questions on her final last minute and said it was to help us. She also does not curve and tends to discipline the whole class saying we didnt put in effort when thats just a minority of students. Mean lady. Looked at me like I was retarded when asking for clarification. I did pretty good here, but wow she is a controlling bitch. If taking her class, get ready to be treated like an inferior. |

This is a hard class to begin with but she makes it manageable. If you don't read the book in advance she gets pissed. She will tell you what you need to know for the test and has review sessions before each test. Her tests are multiple choice and T/F. I just didn't like how she had a sign in sheet every class. Seemed pointless. |
