Owen Guch single-handedly carried my grade in MATH240. He taught complex concepts in an easily understandable and intuitive way, was always kind and open to questions and further explanations, sounded genuinely passionate about teaching, and led an amazing discussion section every day. Extremely knowledgeable, to the point where he could teach the entire course without the book. |

Owen is an S-tier TA. He goes out of his way to hold additional office hours. He does examples which are similar to the problems you will be tested on. He’s really good at math and a nice person. He works really hard and he got burnt out towards the end of the semester but still held office hours even after reading day. He’s truly one of the best TAs I’ve ever had. If you get Owen you’re lucky and can expect a smooth linear algebra class. |
