Joshua Ha BSCI171 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 05/06/2025	Josh is such a fantastic TA. He was an incredible leader and put so much work into helping us in this lab. He went beyond just getting us through the procedure- he actually explained and helped us learn the concepts that we would need later for the lab practical. He is incredibly organized and easy to work with. PLEASE take Josh if you can- he is genuinely the best TA I have ever had.
Joshua Ha BSCI171 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 05/06/2025	Josh is truly one of the best. He's always patient, explains things clearly, and will work with you if you don't understand. He truly cares about every student he TAs, and it shows in how he brings himself to the lab every week. In addition to all course material, he keeps everyone's attention, and most everyone in my section—like the other review says—was happy to participate in anything he asked us to do. I'm a STEM major, but even the non-STEM majors could follow easily and clearly grasp what we did, because of how he taught the material. If Josh is available, take him! You won't regret it.

As an undergrad TA, I don't know how he stays on top of a whole class of us: but he does. He takes his time to explain every assignment, never gets annoyed at questions no matter how many times we ask, and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is understanding the information; which is a big improvement over many other TAs, who seem to try to get students to do the experiment and get out, rather than caring about explaining what. He is very personable, gets people to participate (willingly!) and is even encouraging of our other academic interests and will provide tips. If Josh continues to be a TA for this course, or any other... Take his section!!!
