I agree with the below comment. She is generally a nice person, but she definitely has favorites. She will treat you considerably differently if you are not one of her favorites. She won't necessarily be mean to you but rather polite and it feels like something is off. Whenever someone in our class had a question or had polite but critical feedback, she wouldn't really address it. She would just reiterate the instructions. I don't know if it's a communication thing where there's a disconnect between what we are saying and what she's understanding, or if she's just letting her pride get in the way. That said, overall she's fine as an instructor. My german definitely improved in her course and I plan on taking more courses with her. |

i wish i could give 2.5 stars. nice enough of a professor, but pretty disorganized and doesn't seem to handle questions or feedback well. |
