Hamil Harris JOUR130 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 05/13/2024	Very nice and chill professor who cares about his students. Doesn't care too much about late assignments as long as you let him know. Attendance is not mandatory. Went to first 3 classes of the semester and never went again and got a 150% in the class. Yes, a 150% (not a typo). Never did any extra credit, he just gave it out. Since I never went to class, accidentally missed the final so he gave his personal number and I did it over the phone and got a 100. Highly recommend this professor.
Hamil Harris JOUR130 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 12/18/2023	Very easy class and I would highly recommend this professor. He cares about his students and genuinely wants to know more about them. The class is easy with a few assignments that aren't graded very hard. Attendance also isn't mandatory and he doesn't really mind when assignments aren't turned in on time. Fairly hard to get an A+ in the class but if you do all the work and put effort in an A will be very easy.

He is a very nice guy, but sometimes his directions are unclear. He is very understanding and has done a lot in his life. Very hard to get an A+ but very easy to get an A.
Hamil Harris JOUR130 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/11/2021	Professor Harris is a very kind and understanding professor. If you have the opportunity please take him as it's almost a guaranteed A. Just put in the work, the first few speaking assignments are annoying but weren't too bad. The final project seems intimidating but you can do it as a group and knock it out in less than a day. He is very forgiving and as long as you show some type of effort he will give you an A.
