Arielle is a great educator as well as an incredibly kind and understanding person. The workload for her class was entirely doable, and mostly based on participation and completion of assignments. She gives great feedback on short stories and runs workshops in a way everyone feels comfortable. She will listen to all questions and concerns you have and gives great advice for creative writing. This class really helped me get comfortable as an author and helped me improve on so many levels. I definitely recommend taking any class she teaches!

Arielle is a great teacher. She is young and has very fresh energy. Her class is engaging and she tries her best to eliminate as much English 101 b.s. and busy work but the course still has a lot of that. She provides pretty good feedback on written submission and is very kind and enthusiastic when you talk with her. She is very willing to give extensions and wants you to succeed. She does get understandably frustrated when classes can be silent. People don't do the readings or don't engage I did a lot of talking in class because I felt bad when no one answered. She really just wants you to engage. I appreciate her teaching and her as a person if you do have to take this course I would recommend taking it with her.

She is honestly the best professor I've had so far. She is so kind and welcoming, her lectures are fun and the workshops are always constructive and safe places. This class takes some time but it all makes sense- as long as you put in genuine effort and care about it you'll do fine. She is such a supportive teacher and is responsive to most requests as long as you communicate with her within reason. She's such a sweet person and gives such good feedback on your work. I loved taking her class and I'm sad I won't have her as a professor anymore. I would recommend her 100%- she made me feel like I could keep pursuing creative writing!
