Weimin Jiang MATH141 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 12/18/2025	TAKE HIS CLASS ANY CHANCE YOU GET! He recently started teaching an actual class instead of being a TA, and he does an amazing job. His teaching style is very easy to follow; he introduces the concept and immediately follows with examples that would resemble sort of questions that would appear on exams. He really prepares you well for the finals. Some fun fact: he uses chalk on black boards and walkthroughs concepts, its derivations, and examples along with students which makes it so much engaging! [I note this because some professors would have a problem already solved and would go piece by piece on a presentation which I find not much engaging and helpful] Overall, he knows his stuff and definitely cares about his students. If he ever teaches a higher level course, I will take it immediately.
Weimin Jiang MATH141 Anonymous 12/11/2025	You can't really ask for much more out of a Calc 2 professor. He posts notes after every lecture and has weekly surveys so you can let him know what was going well and what wasn't. I could really tell that he cared about teaching and wanted the best for us. He is a very generous grader and probably makes Calc 2 the most "enjoyable" it can be at this school.
Weimin Jiang MATH246 Anonymous 08/22/2025	Weimin wonderfully shows how each concept leads into the next and has great examples, and made a lot of intimidating differential equation concepts a lot more straightforward. He understands how it feels to be a student and feel confused, so he is very conscientious about how he should teach thoroughly. He is very humble as well and genuinely wants the best from his students.
Weimin Jiang MATH141 Anonymous 12/07/2023	I struggled with my calc 2 professor's teaching style, but Weimin did a great job at explaining the concepts, doing step by step example problems, and making sure everyone in the discussion understood the material. He answered every question that was asked and is an amazing TA overall!!

Weimin Jiang STAT100 Anonymous 05/15/2023	Weimin was my TA this semester for STAT100. He did a great job of explaining Problem Sets and genuinely seemed to care about his students. He's able to answer questions and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Weimin!
Weimin Jiang MATH240 Anonymous 12/08/2022	Goated TA. He is very knowledgeable about the information that he teaches. I usually do not understand math TAs, but Weimin condenses the information so that you can understand it better. It also seems that he cares about his students. Whenever anyone has a question, he will answer with a good in-depth explanation. He also has a great sense of humor whenever he cracks a joke. One time he didn't know how to say a word, so bro said, "Como se dice..." in such a fluent accent. It was truly the funniest thing he said. Wherever this man goes in life, if he ever teaches a course, I am willing to take that course.
