Jeonghyun Kim Expecting an A- Anonymous 12/06/2024	This professor is a really sweet and genuine person but the class itself is kind of unorganized. There are reading quizzes which is really unclear because the reading does not have some of the information that are on the quizzes. She never really told us that attendance is required or never really clearly communicated through announcements if classes were cancelled or mandatory. She grades the presentations really leniently and gives us a lot of extra credit opportunities which was sweet. There are also no lecture slides or any resources posted but overall this class was chill.
Jeonghyun Kim Expecting an A- Anonymous 12/04/2024	Gave me a lot of points off for formatting issues which is really annoying. It felt like she kinda just took points off for no reason. She also doesn't post the lecture slides that have useful info. Its just COMM so its not that hard but I would try to find a better professor.
Jeonghyun Kim COMM107 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/01/2023	Professor Kim is a very lenient and understanding grader. When it comes to the presentations, even if you slip up, have your awkward moments, or end it abruptly, you will walk out of the class with your grade already entered and it being a lot higher than you expected. You also have plenty of time to complete your outlines and visual aids. There are chapter quizzes based on a textbook, but they only last half-way into the semester and you can do them any time before the due date. I don't consider myself an extrovert or a good public speaker, but Professor Kim made public speaking (which would normally be my nightmare) into a simple and easy class.
