He is actually the best TA I've ever encountered. He is always open to going over extra problems with his students before or after discussion and during his office hours. In discussion, he does the worksheet problems on the whiteboard and explains the problems very clearly, and often ties them back to the overall concept of Linear Algebra. I wouldn't have survived in this class without him. |

Genuinely one of the best TAs I've had. He explains things so well and really enjoys what he's teaching to the point that it rubs off on you. He works out practice questions with the class but also extends and dive further into the concepts from lecture (which should be the bare minimum but is sometimes hard to find). So, so helpful. If he's planning to be a professor, he'll be a great one. |

the goat 🐐🐐🐐🐐 TL;DR - would genuinely recommend you go out of your way to get whatever TA discussion section he's running, was legit one of the best classes i've taken at UMD - always showed up to class having looked over what he was going to be covering, w/ typed (!!!!!) tex notes of his own, +- any relevant programming examples in python or similar - seemed to actually be excited (at least as excited as one can be teaching an intro lin alg course lol) about the cooler stuff we covered, bringing interesting/applicable examples of whatever topic (eg constant time fibonacci numbers w/ matrix diagonalization) - really helped me gain intuition for what we were covering - super nice chill dude, happy to answer questions (even goofy/obv ones) |
