The KINDEST most caring teacher you'll ever meet. You can tell she genuinely cares about the personal and academic success of each of her students. Super down to Earth and she's funny in a very subtle 'dry humor' way. She's a french native so she's a great teacher as well. Chill grader. Sometimes she's not the best at responding to emails but its a small downside compared to a super long list of upsides. Definitely recommend! |

Apolline is a super kind, caring, and enjoyable professor! I've enjoyed taking 204 with her so much because she makes fun activities and gives good advice for assignments and the midterm/final oral exams. She is one of the only professors at UMD that I think I will genuinely miss after finishing this semester. The workload can be a lot sometimes (but that's expected for any language class) but she offers extensions and is accomodating for everyone. |

If you have the opportunity to take FREN203 with Apolline I highly suggest you do. She's easily the best professor I've had this semester. She's very nice and is always willing to answer her students questions to the best of her ability. I'm a freshman and she helped me a lot with the transition into college and understanding when the different assignments were due and helping me make the adjustment from high school French to college French. |

Great teacher and super helpful with understanding more French vocabulary and grammatical concepts. If you're taking 203 I strongly recommend taking her class. |
