a great teacher. attendance is important, and she values participation, but it is such an easy class and you will definitely get an A. She is very passionate about her teaching, and is super super sweet and understanding about everything! There is lots of chapter reading and reflections, but they are easy and you dont NEED to read them lol |

Such an easy class if you show up and do the work. The work is very easy and straightforward and most assignments are only worth 10 points. Anastasia is a very nice person and is super chill & accommodating, she wants you to succeed and is not trying to make her class stressful. Attendance is a counted as well as participation so it is important to show up and contribute (at least once) to class discussions. There are no exams just papers and projects (that are graded fairly). If you are looking for an easy class that will fulfill a scholarship in practice requirement, I definitely recommend taking this! |

One of the best classes I've ever taken. Very stressless class around 1 assignment a week with two final projects. She takes attendance and has a participation grade, but as long as you turn in the other assignments you should get a good grade. |

Very fair and easygoing professor. Class requires a lot of open group discussions and participation. She does take attendance and creates a participation assignment at the end of the semester, so it's best to show up. I missed 2 classes but still got full credit, probably because I participated a lot in discussions, so I advise being engaged. There are weekly 400-word essays for the chapters that we go over, but it truly is not hard. You'll get an A as long as you reach the word limit and turn it in. We had discussion boards the first 3 or 4 weeks of class but then she stopped them, I'm not sure why. There are 2 major group projects (one presentation and one essay, the essay you can choose to do alone). Our final was a 3-4 page essay. There are no exams or quizzes. A very stress-relieving class. |
