Do not take this class if you rely on a good professor. This class is not a fun time. The topics are interesting but are communicated very poorly. The professor sounds like the gingerbread man from Shrek which makes him very hard to understand at times. If you are a non AOSC major like me there will be an insurmountable learning curve and you will struggle. DO NOT be baited by the listed grade distribution. It is not accurate. |

By far the worst taught class I have ever been apart of. I took this class as a non AOSC major since the prereqs are very elementary and it is open to non AOSC majors. Given that information you would think this is a relatively introductory course to the topic. It is taught as if you should be a 3rd year or 4th year AOSC major. On top of that he has a very thick accent, which I know should not be held against him. BUT, if you have a thick accent then you should make sure your power point lectures are informational enough to teach the class by themselves. These lectures are so poorly put together with either no effort, or with the assumption the student has taken several AOSC classes. |

Not the best at online teaching. Exams were extremely unfair and then their curve was unreasonable. Teaches as if students are already experts in the field, despite this course being open to non-AOSC majors. |
