They are very kind and supportive. They nurtured a very respectful and welcoming environment for writing poetry. The class structure was very helpful for building skills and getting feedback on your poems in palatable ways. The large array of different poems selected to examine as a class, was comprehensive and inspirational. You get out from this class what you put into it, and this professor makes it feel like your effort is very much appreciated. Overall a very respectful, kind, and understanding, professor. |
