Grades: Very easy course to get good grades. You simply have to write two 1000-2500 pieces over the semester, which are graded for completion. You have to review everyone else's stories each weak and write some reflections on critics. This sounds a lot worse than it is, because you can submit anything and get a good grade. Otherwise: I really enjoyed the environment class. I feel like I got close to all the people in the class and bonded over our stories. Initially I was really nervous to share my stories with the class but this environment was so welcoming that by the time I got to my second workshop I was actually very excited. Take this!!!! Great to be in a room of other writers, who are all struggling to get better. |
