Weekly lab sessions are typically less than an hour. Easy assignments and online exams. Decent class if you are interested in fitness and health |

I took this as a hybrid class because it fulfills a DSSP but out of all of my classes, it was legit my hardest. The lectures and textbook readings are posted online and you are expected to watch them before the lab each week and complete the reading quizzes. I had like 20 pages of notes each week and each unit is about 4 weeks so that means about 80 pages of notes to know before the exam. All the exams are open notes, but no matter how much time I put into the lectures and readings I still struggled. There are weekly reading quizzes which are pretty easy 5 points per week. The only reason I didn't tank this class was because of the lab. The TA Tammy is so nice and the labs were genuinely enjoyable. The lab allows for a 2-hour slot but I was rarely there past 30/45 minutes. All the assignments are easy for the lab so it really balances out the exams. The exams are worth 60% of your grade and the lab is 40% so I was still able to do ok because the lab balanced out my exam scores. Dr. Lindle is super knowledgeable about what she teaches and is super nice, but the content was just really hard to understand and there was a lot of it. |

Easy Class. She posts the lectures online, and then you just come to class to review them. There are a few EASY assignments, such as a family health tree, which are mad easy. Midterm was pretty difficult but it was curved 20 points and the final wasn't too bad. |
