I took his online class in the Fall of 2023. His lectures could be a little more in-depth. To be honest I went through the whole semester not knowing what was going on. I would not recommend taking his class!!!!!!

Assignment expectations were not made clear, all learning was done through badly recorded lecture videos and Google Colab notebooks. The final group project wasn't announced until two weeks before the end of the semester, and the rubric wasn't published until less than a week before the due date. Once I was able to get into contact with him by email and Zoom he was very helpful and responsive, but I was flabbergasted that he hadn't made some of the things he told me (mostly specifics about the final project) clear to all students. There were things that had I not asked, I would have failed the final project entirely.

Professor provides little to no instructions on assignments. Lectures are a drag and he does not communicate and work with students well.

He just doesn't care, he's clearly phoning it in for an easy paycheck, and made his TAs do all the real work. Hope he gets fired.

I would definitely never take this again. This professor barely communicated with his students, only had a few harshly graded homeworks and projects, and rarely responded to student requests. This professor copy and pasted instructional videos from another professor, thus none of the projects and homeworks entirely lined up with the videos. Moreover, the instructions on these various homeworks and projects were vague and often times written poorly. It seems as though this professor did not even watch the videos of the other professor that he posted, thus making all of the students suffer. r u n
