Ran one of the best organized and most interesting courses I've taken. Legitimately cares about students' learning experiences. Very well-spoken, effective communicator of course expectations, great slides, records lectures, and reasonable grader. Easy no brainer if you care about bioinformatics. Very passable even if you don't care about bioinformatics but pay attention. |

Slides + quality of lectures are comparable to, if not better than Justin. She has a very elegant way of breaking down complex topics. It's clear that she has a legitimate interest in helping students learn. The vibes are always positive and she's always open to suggestions for improvement. If you have an interest in bioinformatics, then classes with Dr. Molloy are a no brainer. |

Amazing professor, cares about each of her students and wants us to succeed inside and outside of the classroom. The class was interesting even if you don't have a background in bioinformatics as the emphasis is put on statistical learning and machine learning methods. Dr. Molloy was aware that each of us were at different points in our academic careers and tailored the material and assignments appropriately. Would recommend the course and professor! She also bought us cupcakes on the last day. |
