Professor Muir is extremely interesting! If you want an easy A definitely take her class but if you want to actually feel like you accomplished something from taking her class then definitely don't. In her class, you mostly just read the textbook and fill out a worksheet and if you don't finish it in class she just allows you to submit it and doesn't take points off. She doesn't really lecture, she just tells stories about her experiences or stories she has heard about. There are only two out-of-class assignments and they are super easy. There are no tests besides the final which is open note. |

She made the class so interesting and easy! We did a lot of group work in class but never had homework. We had projects for both midterm and final, no exams! Totally recommend taking this class with her. |

Such a great teacher and super easy class. Only had 2 large assignments which were both Prezi's and many in-class assignments. Super engaging class with barely any homework, would definitely recommend it! |

She is such a good professor. She doesn't give normal lectures or lectures at all, which was difficult in the beginning because I felt like I was learning nothing. But I really did learn a lot in the end. She emphasizes understanding the material deeply rather than just memorizing it. Everything is group-based. There are a lot of group projects and collaboration with others. Exams are projects. There are a lot of assignments, so it's easy to fall behind if you don't keep up. Overall, really interesting class for anyone to take. |
