I have already given Charlotte a 5 star review, but now that I have taken her for a more extensive class, I feel the need to write a new review. She is still a great professor; she's extremely nice and understanding, as well as genuinely good at teaching. Although for this class, it is more like giving instructions, because ARTT200 is all about messy materials and big machines that she will make sure you are definitely using safely and correctly. Each project in the class uses entirely different materials and Charlotte essentially gives you a basic prompt to follow. The final project for example, was wood and the prompt was just that your piece had to involve wood/paper in any way. That's it. This class/prof gives you tons of artistic freedom to express yourself. She is also just very chill and understanding, so the class is very laid back but engaging enough that I wanted to make some genuinely good art pieces. |

This course was a great intro to art and you dont need any experience. I came in with very little knowledge of art and ended up with an 100. Charlotte is a very understanding professor that gives almost no outside class work so as long as you show up to class and participate, you will get a good grade. Other than the fact that the class was long, it goes by fast and I recommend bringing headphones if you want your own music. |

This class was extremely easy and Charlotte is so nice. Only take this class if you really enjoy art though. Be prepared to stand and draw with charcoal and an eraser for 2 1/2 hours. Also make sure to bring headphones or earbuds or you'll be bored. |

I believe Charlotte is new to ARTT110, but I think she did a great job teaching us the basics of different types of drawing, specifically with charcoal. My least favorite thing about the class was its length (2 and a half hour period) but that was something that could not really be helped. Overall, she is very nice and makes the class very straight forward and simple. |

Charlotte is such a nice professor. She was great at giving feedback and letting us express ourselves. She would go around individually to hear what our plans were going to be for our project and would fully listen and help us out if we were struggling. I highly recommend her! |
