Yeah, I had her for my UNIV100 class, which I know, is not even a real class and has little say over what actual work we have to do. What others have said is pretty much accurate in my experience, she does have a bit of an attitude at times, isn't always the clearest about assignment expectations, and does treat her students like children at times (I believe she normally teaches elementary students so I don't think it is on purpose). Overall, she has some flaws but she is an acceptable instructor for such a basic (and required) course. |

Includes lots of resources on ELMS. Bad reviews are probably from students who did not attend class. Really helpful with one on one meetings |

Does not grade assignments fairly and when you come to her for help has a major attitude. Horrible teacher and treats students like they’re in elementary school. |

Not a fair teacher, does not give expectations for coursework and then penalizes students without any explanation. Has favorites and will grade based on whether she likes the student. |

One of the worst teachers I’ve had at UMD. Did not explain expectations of assignments thoroughly and would grade based on favoritism. When asking for help she would be very condescending and make students feel bad. Do not take this class with her. |
