Going to her class once a week felt like a mental refresh for me. She wants to get to know her class, which is why she does icebreakers on the first day, but this class was really fun! She buys everyone journals at the beginning of the semester, which is where you write all your assignments. Nothing crazy, just thoughts and feelings about specific aspects of wellness. She also brought pizza for the class on the last day of class! The TA (Natalie W.) was also very nice. |
