TL:DR : 10/10 prof, no notes. Pros: - The class is 3 gen eds, so it satisfies a lot of requirements - It's an easy A.. Like a really easy A... a decent amount of people in the class ended up with over 100% in the class - All of the assignments are fairly straightforward and don't require too much effort. The projects are a combination of drawing, taking photos, and writing, but you don't need to sweat them to get an A, you just need to check all the boxes on the rubric - No exams, and no final exams, only projects - Lectures are entirely optional Cons: - Discussions are not optional, but they're only once a week for 1 hour - There's weekly reading assignments, and the readings can be pretty long. However, there are certain websites online that are good at summarizing these readings and can help with writing responses. These also seem to be graded on completion.

Took this class for an easy gen-ed and it did not disappoint. All you have for this class are short weekly reading assignments, projects (which are really simple), and discussion assignments. Lectures are skippable. The discussion activities we did were interesting and usually didn't take the whole time.

Didn't attend a single lecture all semester (only the first couple at the start of the semester just to see their structure) and I have 100% in the class!! You have to go to the workshops because we do team assignments, but the lectures can be skipped entirely. There are also no midterms or final exam in this class. It's only research projects that are super simple to complete (I completed them within a couple days). This class is basically a free three gen-eds (DSHU, I-SCIS, and DVUP)!!! Taking another class for these gen-eds is honestly a crime....trust me this class hands you an A on a silver platter if you turn in all your work and put sufficient effort!

Great course! Especially if you need a Gen Ed that covers a lot of different areas. Super easy and truly interesting. No exams. Just workshops and independent projects, and weekly readings. All extremely manageable! Take this class!!
