This is my final semester at UMD, and he is the worst professor I have ever had by FAR. Very unresponsive and does not communicate important things online. One time he just didn't show up to class with no heads up and didn't even acknowledgement it after. Tests are unreasonably difficult even if you prepare well and he's just not good at teaching to students. If there is any way you can avoid him, you should. |

This is genuinely the worst professor I have ever had at the university. He genuinely does not know what he is talking about EVER. His grading makes no sense and is VERY unreasonable, and his exams are just ridiculous. Had his exam in class, and he claimed a student reported that everyone was cheating. He gave me a very poor score on an assignment, saying I plagiarized because I copied the questions from the assignment to respond to each one individually, and it flagged Turnitin. It doesn't matter if you email because he won't respond, and if you talk to him in class, he will have no clue what you are talking about. If I could give him no stars, I would. I am not sure how the university allows him to be the only professor to teach this class, or, honestly, let him teach at all. |

This class was pretty boring, I took it for my major. The professor is super nice and honestly pretty funny, but he isn't the best teacher. It felt like he had a hard time explaining concepts to us because he simply knows so much more, so it's hard for him to teach at an intro level. The exams are pretty hard, and I studied a lot for them. The best way I found to study is to just read all the chapters and review the slides. He also let us have note sheets, which were helpful. Even doing all that, you should still expect the exams to be hard because the questions are so random, and there is somewhat of a language barrier in the way they are written. Overall, the class was fine, not super interesting, but I still learned something, just not an easy A. |

The most unorganized professor I have ever taken. Does not answer any emails and just doesn't really know how to use canvas. I took him because I had to for my major and did well in the class because his tests are online. Avoid this professor as much as you can he will make your semester worse. |

Professor's exams are literally plagiarized from random Quizlets. His classes consist of him reading off slides, but barely any of this content actually makes it to the exams. The homework he gives is easy and makes up a good portion of your grade, but it's completely overshadowed by just how awful his exams are. He seems like a perfectly nice guy, but he's just not a good professor. |

He reads off his slides the whole time and teaches a lot of material without really going in depth or explaining what he's teaching. The textbook he has for the class also isn't helpful at all so for the exams there isn't a lot of material to study from. Even if you study the slides and the quizzes for the midterms it isn't really helpful since his exams are confusing and hard. He makes the questions on the exams very confusing and asks for the "best" answer but will make sure each of the answer choices can be debated as the right answer. Even though he's a nice guy his exams are too hard and detailed for the way he teaches in class. |

HORRIBLE. Have never had a professor as rude, unorganized, and incompetent as him. It's clear that he doesn't know how to teach (ex. expects us to remember complex econ formulas) and really shouldn't have been allowed to. It's his first time back teaching since 2019 and shows. I also requested to have more assignments (which I would never normally do) because we had no experience or practice for our first exam- and he made fun of it in front of the whole class! Really, truly, I hope he doesn't teach again but if he does, avoid him at all costs. |

Avoid this professor at all costs - he is one of the most incompetent and unorganized professors at the school. The exams are difficult and he expects you to know the intricacies of supply chain management (even though a lot of students are also international business majors without a supply chain background). He also takes forever to grade and give feedback. |
