She is an amazing professor. She does a lot of discussions in class and doesn't give too much assignments. She is not a hard grader either. As long as you do the written case assignments and team presentations, you will get a good grade, assuming you study for mid term and final. :) |

She is a nice professor, however she's not the best professor, she tends to just read of the slides, and does it quickly as well. It seems to be more effective to just skip class and read the slides at your own time. Further, its difficult to understand her as she has an accent and wears a masks when lecturing, She also includes confusing formulas thats not included in other 372 classes. i don't feel like i'm learning in just memorizing slides and information. |

Okay, it is absolutely shocking to me how there are no reviews for Professor Tungtisanont, especially since she's been here at UMD for four years now. Anyways, I'm going to be as honest and straightforward as possible. Niratcha (she lets you call her by her first name) is a nice woman. She's open to listening to suggestions, answers questions, and treats students with respect. I also love her outfits lol. Her teaching however, is a different story. She seems to overcomplicate things, especially during her lectures and whenever she teaches the formulas needed in Supply Chain. It's the wording that makes it seem trickier than it is, so it can be kinda frustrating during class when you're trying to grasp a concept that's simple but is being explained wrong. For the exams, it's the same thing. The wording is unnecessary and tricky. I mean don't get me wrong she's a "good" teacher, but not the best if you want to learn. If your style is more heavy cramming/memorization over steadily learning than she's the professor for you. 6.5/10. |
