SPAN203 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 05/01/2026 |
Easily one of my favorite professors I have taken at this school. He is extremely fun and makes the classes and content interesting and easy to engage with. This is a 4 credit class so naturally there is a lot of assignments, however he is very fair and lenient with grading. Participation is important which I believe is fair as that is how you learn other languages the best. I feel I have learned a lot and as someone who is not big on public speaking, this class was never a significant source of stress for me. I highly recommend taking this course with Jan. |

SPAN103 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/01/2025 |
Professor Jan is awesome, I took SPAN103 basically for fun because I wanted to learn spanish, and he made the class engaging and very educational. He will expect and force u to participate in the many in class interactive activities, which I enjoyed, but might not be for everyone. For me though, I don't think I could say a single thing he could have done better as a teacher. Would highly recommend him, especially if you actually wants to learn as much spanish as possible. |
