The undisputed GOAT. He teach things in very practical ways, which is seamlessly aligned with the classic ethical hacker mindset. Also the in-class labs, exercises, and CTFs are super fun, as fun as it effectively practices your hacking skills. Kinda addictive ngl. The lectures are crystal clear, lucid, accessible, and delivered with vivid explanations and meticulous attention from a true engineer's perspective. No tortured prose, no arcane terminology, only pure enjoyment. Also our guy here is super humane, he even gave us a full week's extension on the assignment due over spring break, just so we could actually catch a breath. I haven't finish the course yet, there will be a KoTH game coming up and I believe it would be interesting and competitive as I expected. Will update later. He basically only teach offensive modules tho. If you are going for a Penetration tester / Ethical Hacker / Bug Bounty Hunter or any other team Red / Reddish Purple career, choose him without hesitation. If you are going for team Bluish Purple you might wanna consider ENPM634. Although I haven't take the other two class(I will tho), to my understanding the content of 696 and 809V might be somehow unnecessarily hard for non-offensive side students. If you are going for team Blue then maybe use your slots for Forensics and stuff.
