I believe fall 2023 was his last semester here, but the class itself is a good intro to construction management and covered all the topics. quizzes and exams are definitely are important to do well on for grades (there aren’t many) and there is one group presentation assignment. good amount of guest speakers for networking

Easy and straightforward class. Overall graves are unfortunately curved down where an A- is 92-94%. Grading can seem harsh at times and when coupled with the curve you have to get nearly every question right on quizzes and exams. That being said the class is very straightforward. No trick questions or vague instructions. Overall I would recommend this prof. Wooldridge has plenty of industry experience which he is happy to share which can break up the sometimes dull material.

The class is easy, but the grading is very strict. If you miss one question on one of the quizzes, you probably won't get an A+. The textbook costs $60, and you have to use it for the class. There is no online PDF of the textbook. Also, don't think the quizzes have any trick questions, they don't. Literally, base your answers exactly on how the textbook answers questions. For example, if a question says "how many forms of _____ are there?" and you find some bullet points in the textbook, those are your answer. It doesn't matter if later on something else is mentioned, find the answers in the textbook.

Amazing professor. He knows his stuff and tries to make this incredibly long lecture interesting and fun. He usually tries to make the lecture as short as possible because he knows no one wants to sit in the class for 2.5 hours straight. Easy going and very nice. Tests were straightforward and he tells you what to expect. Weekly quizzes and then group project assignments towards the middle of the semester. Nothing too difficult. Highly recommend this professor!
