Professor Yang was really cool and super sweet. She was very understanding that we are students and was also very flexible. We had a semester-long project that was simple overall but did require a good amount of work. During lectures, she sometimes read directly from the slides, but she would always go into depth when students asked questions. She also worked through example and sample projects during class to explain what the SQL code was doing, which was very helpful. Overall, I would absolutely take her again—she’s an amazing and very kind professor. The only downside was the late submission policy: turning in assignments late resulted in a 25% deduction, which did drop my grade a bit. Aside from that, it was a great class and a great experience with her. |
